Delivery Date Information
If you have selected 'Home Delivery' for Christmas, your order will be delivered between 8am and 6pm on 22nd December 2018. For Thanksgiving the delivery date is 22nd November 2018.
Do You Deliver To My Address?
We offer a two day service to the following postcodes, they will be despatched on 20th December 2017 and may arrive a day earlier on 21st December 2017.
AB31-34, AB36-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, BT1-17, DD10, FK19-21, IM1-9, IM99, IV1-32, IV36, IV40, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-14, PA20-38, PH1, PH5-11, PH15-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, SA20, SY23-25, TR12, TR19.
We do not deliver to the following postcodes, although one of our stockists may be able to supply you.
BT18-94, GY1-10, HS1-9, IV41-56, JE1-5, KW15-17, PA41-78, PH42-44, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE1-3
All other postcodes will receive the following delivery service, FedEx next day delivery and arrive on 22nd December 2017 between 8am and 6pm. (Unless you have selected for a pre-noon)
Scheduled Christmas Premium Delivery
If you have selected 'Christmas Premium Delivery', your order will be delivered between 8am and 12 noon on 22nd December 2017.
The Home of KellyBronze Pickup
To pickup your items from Springate Farm, Essex, please try and bring your order reference number with you and pay on collection. Collect at your convenience on 23rd December 2017 from 7am to 10pm or 24th December 7am to 3pm.
When you have selected the items you wish to order, you will be presented with the option to receive 'Home Delivery' or 'Enter your postcode'. By entering your postcode you can select a stockist to collect from that is most convenient to you.
If you place an order for Home Delivery or for Collection from The Home of KellyBronze, Springate Farm, Essex, an email will be sent to the email address provided.
Is it OK to deliver next door?
If your order is being delivered to a home address you may add additional information. During the checkout simply add a message e.g. 'Leave in garage' in the 'Comments/courier notes'.
Order for friends & family
You can shop for friends and family and we can deliver within the UK. For Europe and International enquiries please contact Philip@kellyturkeys.com
If you are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, the carrier will leave a card. If, for some reason, delivery is not possible, goods will be returned to the (cold) depot and delivery attempted again the next day.
Changes to your order
Once your delivery label has been prepared for despatch on 19th December 2017,we are unable to make any changes.
Tracking your order
For Carrier deliveries, order status tracking is available. If you have provided us with an email, your tracking details will be sent to that email address. For any delivery queries, please call 01245 223581 or email Philip@kellyturkeys.com
