In a pan over a medium heat mix the turkey in with the hoisin sauce until it is warm. Don’t cook it for too long otherwise the turkey will dry out. Cook the bao buns according to the packet instructions, add the turkey and finish with the cucumber and spring onion to serve.
2 x bao buns (I bought mine in M&S)
100g left over turkey
2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
¼ cucumber sliced
1 x spring onion sliced
