If you have selected ‘Home Delivery’ for Christmas, your order will be delivered between 8am and 6pm on 23rd December. For Thanksgiving the delivery date is 24th November.
We offer a two day service to the following postcodes, they will be despatched on 21st December and may arrive a day earlier on 23rd December 2021.

We do not deliver to the following postcodes, although one of our stockists may be able to supply you.

All other postcodes will receive the following delivery service, FedEx next day delivery and arrive on 23rd December between 8am and 6pm.
As you will appreciate, our KellyBronze are in high demand and it has not been unknown for us to completely sell out, so it is always best to place your order as soon as you can.
However, subject to availability, the last date for placing an order for home delivery is 18th December. If you are looking to collect from Springate Farm, the last date is 22nd December.

To pickup your Turkey from Springate Farm, Essex, please try and bring your order reference number with you and pay any balance on collection. Collect at your convenience on 22nd December from 5pm to 10pm, 23rd December from 7am to 10pm or 24th December 7am to 3pm.
When you have selected the items you wish to order, you will be presented with the option to receive ‘Home Delivery’ or ‘Collect from Springate Farm’. If you wish to order from one of our stockists you will need to contact them directly.
If you place an order for Home Delivery or for Collection from The Home of KellyBronze, Springate Farm, Essex, an email will be sent to the email address provided.
If your order is being delivered to a home address you may add additional information. During the checkout simply add a message e.g. ‘Leave in garage’ in the ‘Comments/courier notes’.

If you are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, the carrier will leave a card. If, for some reason, delivery is not possible, goods will be returned to the (cold) depot and delivery attempted again the next day.
If you wish to change your order in any way, please contact the office on 01245 223581 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. However, once your delivery label has been prepared for despatch on 17th December, we are unable to make any changes.
