TURKEY SAUSAGE, CRANBERRY & CHEDDAR TOASTIE

Method
Step 1

Cook the turkey sausages according to the cooking instructions on their packaging.

Step 2

Grate as much cheese as you would like for your toastie.

Step 3

Slice two slices of bread and butter both slices. Add cranberry jelly, the cooked sausages and cheese.

Step 4

Turn on the hob and add a small cube of butter to the pan (move this around the pan a bit).

Step 5

Place the sandwich into the pan and cook both sides until brown and the cheese has melted.

Step 6

Rmove from the pan and cut the toastie in half. Serve and enjoy.
