Method
Step 1

Remove the Turkey Ham from the packaging and slice according to the instructions on the box. Put the peppers in the oven to roast.

Step 2

Cut the ciabatta in half (to the size you want) and toast lightly on one side.

Step 3

Remove the peppers from the oven when soft and roasted to your preference. Spread the basil pesto on both sides of the ciabatta, place the slices of ham on top and add the peppers.

Step 4

Add the rocket and mozzarella.

Step 5

Close the ciabatta and enjoy!
