Method
Step 1

Heat oven to 200°C.

Step 2

Toss the veg
Sweet potato, red peppers, red onion and garlic with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Spread across a large roasting tray.

Step 3

Add the sausages
Nestle the KellyBronze turkey sausages among the veg.
Scatter over rosemary or thyme.

Step 4

Roast
35–40 minutes, turning once, until the veg is caramelised and the sausages are golden and juicy

Step 5

Mix the drizzle
Whisk together mustard, lemon zest and juice, honey and olive oil.

Step 6

Finish
Drizzle over the hot traybake before serving or dividing into meal-prep containers.
