Method
Step 1

Remove the confit turkey thigh from its packaging and cook according to the cooking instructions on the box.

Step 2

Wash and chop the salad, avocado and cucumber and place to one side.

Step 3

Cut the french stick in half and slice down the middle. Spread the cranberry sauce and the mayonnaise onto both sides of the baguette.

Step 4

Arrange the salad, avocado and cucumber in the baguette.

Step 5

Once cooked, shred the turkey and place into the baguette.

Step 6

Close the baguette and enjoy!
