Green Goddess Turkey Flatbread

Method
Step 1

Cook the Krafted by Kelly confit turkey thighs according to the instructions on the packaging.

Step 2

Put all the dressing ingredients into a blender or small food processor and blitz until smooth and pale green.

Step 3

Warm the flatbreads in a dry frying pan or oven for a minute or two.

Step 4

Spread a generous spoonful of green goddess dressing over each flatbread.

Step 5

Shred the Krafted by Kelly confit turkey thigh.

Step 6

Add the shredded lettuce, cucumber, turkey, avocado and pickled onion to the flatbread.

Step 7

Finish with extra dressing over the top, then fold or roll up to serve. Enjoy!
