Turkey Ham, Peach & Burrata Salad

Method
Step 1

Cut the peaches and grill cut-side down until lightly charred (optional).

Step 2

Slice the Krafted by Kelly Turkey Ham and tear into pieces. Arrange the rocket on a plate.

Step 3

Add peaches and the turkey ham.

Step 4

Tear burrata over the top and scatter the basil or mint.

Step 5

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season well.

Step 6

Serve and enjoy!
