Method
Step 1

Cook the rice according to the packet instructions.

Step 2

Remove the Krafted by Kelly Turkey Ham from the packaging and slice into slices.

Step 3

Boil or steam the edamame beans for 2-3 minutes, then drain.

Step 4

Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl or jar.

Step 5

Slice the avocado, peel the cucumber, slice the radish and chop the spring onions.

Step 6

Divide the rice between bowls. Arrange the sliced Krafted by Kelly turkey ham, avocado, edamame beans, radish, cucumber and spring onion on top.

Step 7

Spoon over the dressing and finish with sesame seeds.
